Quoting: SoberLife To be honest I know nearly absolutely nothing about my homeowners insurance. When I signed for the house there was some paperwork and that's the last I've seen of it! The cost is built into my monthly mortgage roll. Apparently it's designed to be "out of sight, out of mind" and overly complex. Between purchasing directly from a company to dealing with a broker, I'm lost on where to even start. I use State Farm, they are the least expensive when it comes to home and auto insurance. Also check out bundling... Depending on the State you live in and if you live rurally, you can change your dwelling to a homestead or farm. You can save a lot that way too... |

Quoting: SoberLife Things have become very tight and I'm trying to tighten the purse strings. I know a lot of people use coupons to help them stretch their pennies further. I'm interested in this but not sure where to start. Is there a website I need to be aware of? -- I have Verizon wireless and pay for two phone lines for myself and my girlfriend. I just saved $65 a month by changing our plan from unlimited to limited data. If I go over the data, there are no additional charges. they throttle the connection. Which is fine because I'm connected to WIFI all the time anyways! -- Does anyone have any creative ways that I can use to achieve my financial goals - which is above water and independent from debt! Right now you could be reading a book instead of wasting electricity on the internet. |

See what you are spending per year on tv, phones, ciggies, booze, pizza, etc. This will have the effect of making you realize that a little bit here and there adds up to a lot over time. Then look at where you can cut back. |

Dish towels, cotton, not paper towels and napkins. Use less shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, all that, people use too much. Cleaners are cheap as in bleach, vinegar, lemon juice, ammonia, lime away, LAs awesome, comet, etc. Never ever use together!!!dilute one in small amounts and you can clean anything cheaply. Thrift stores often have new clothes with labels or looks-like new clothes. They have sales for gifts and stuff too. Shoes, coats, buy on sale or ask for gifts. Make one trip. Make a big circle and do errands at once. Save stuff labeled in boxes, not go buy new! etc. love peace,p |

Take the emperor of China's secret love child and hold him in Vladimir's pillow fort for ponzi ransom dollars. Trust me, I know what I'm doing. And if I don't, I probably should find a video or book soon before we end up in a world of shit. Oh wait, that already happened. Regardless, as said.. |
