Most states will only ticket you for posession of weed under certain amounts. Typically, an ounce or less.

Now, you extract the thc oils
from ounce plant and make average of 2.5g of concentrate oil.

In Texas, that 2.5g of oil
is a felony. Even residual amounts are felony

WTF

Edibles are mostly made from concentrate. So does this make edibles a felony possession?

Does not make sense. 28g
of buds vs. 2.5g oil
that extracted from same plant?

Just another money scam it seems.

How can oil in 28g of plant be considered different legally than same oil from concentrate?
