Lots of guns in that church. Props to the two dudes who pull as soon as the threat was there. One of them was shot, the other killed the perp.

THEN, amazing how many guns came out. Once the shooting's over, suddenly everyone's got their weapons out and are moving in one the now dead shooter. Wonder how many actually had rounds chambered?

Agreed. Some will criticize the hero for opting for a head shot, but given the perp was in profile, and probably covered by the seating between him and the civilian, that was really his only shot.

If they would spread this, fewer and fewer assholes might get the idea that churches weren't safe for shooters. Every able bodied man and woman should have a gun. Both in and out of church. The shooter took more bullets than he fired.

There was two armed men on that side, standing. Somehow I believe they were watching him. At least someone has some common sense in that state.

Yes, the first shot by shooter looked like the victim was reaching for his pistol. In slow mo it appears he was the fatality. Two died, one injured. Of the two fatalities, one was the shooter, I believe his first shot killed the intended victim. Second shot looked like a wounding shot to the shoulder area.

I attend church in northern Idaho, I'm pretty sure at least a dozen people are armed in there.

The first guy shot was watching, but he fumble butted around trying to get his gun out and got shot when he stood up. He seemed to carry the gun in the small of his back. Pocket pistols would have been worthless unless he was right by you. The guy/guard that shot him looked like side carry.
