Executive Order 44

On June 25, 1976, Governor Kit Bond issued an executive order rescinding the Extermination Order
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78026731

You know why that even existed? Because the Masons were mad that the Mormons stole their "secrets".
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75163472

Incorrect.

I am a former Mormon myself. Mormons would show up at voting stations with weapons and if any non-Mormons voted differently than expected, they threatened to kill them. This is just one reason of about 20, not to mention polygamy and all the kidnapping, rape, and murder.

I'll share some insights on my time as a Mormon:
1. They have never read their Books of Mormon nor the Bible. They're unaware of anything other than what is in the Word of Wisdom and random verses they learned.

2. They're liars. All of them. They lie about literally everything.

3. They love playing the victim. With the horrific history of the church and all the lies they tell their members to fill in the gaps, cover up atrocities, etc. they use the "we're persecuted because we're the true church" a lot which leads to members always blaming everyone else for their misfortunes.

4. Most Mormons hide their secrets well. The entire theology is based in works - so how much can you do to maybe get to the Celestial Kingdom. They try their best to outwardly appear "good" when in reality their awful.

5. They prey on poor uneducated people. Their missions are only in poor areas and they go door-to spreading their bullshit and convince people who have never read their Bibles or often don't have jobs to join. Then they steal 10% of their income.

6. Members are very sexist and racist. The church taught that 1/3 of the "hosts of heaven" were "neutral" and thus Jesus cursed them with dark skin so we'd know they were traitors. This lead to the church raping untold thousands of Natives to "rape the color" out of them.

I dunno. I'd say Mormons are worse than Catholics overall - but that's a close call.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78161187

Wow. Some Sandra Tanner level fiction here. Nice try! Lol.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77261945

What fiction? Do you know anything about church history?

In D&C and History of the Church, Joseph describes THREE DIFFERENT visions of how he learned of the golden tablets.

How about when Cowdery's wife stole Joseph's first translation as a test and Joseph couldn't re-translate it?

How about how Joseph Smith taught people lived on the moon?

How about when Brigham Young taught that not only did people live on the moon, but they also live on the sun?

How about how Joseph Smith stole other men's wives?

How about Joseph Smith getting caught lying about the Book of Abraham? The church now even admits it is wrong on their website.

How about the Mountain Meadows Massacre? Church prophets ignored it for years but the truth stacked up so much they finally had to admit that their prophet ordered the murder of hundreds of innocent people, the raping of their wives, and raping/murdering their children and forcing survivors to be slaves?

I can keep going if you want.

The law of tithing is found in Mal. 3:10-12

Or Mal 3: 8-9
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64698495

There is no law if tithing for Christians. Only for the Israelites.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76984449

what about mormans? is there a law for them to tithe? did you check in the book of morman?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1865756

Just go by the Bible. No other book is necessary. If someone calls themselves Christian and teaches something contrary to the Bible then it is wrong.

Re: MORMON CHURCH STOCKPILED $100 BILLION INTENDED FOR CHARITIES AND MISLED LDS MEMBERS, WHISTLEBLOWER SAYS
The one Thing to know is this about Mormonism. If you don’t pay your tithes you don’t get a temple recommend, if you don’t get a temple recommend you don’t get married in the temple. If you don’t get married in the temple you cannot progress to the highest progression of the Mormon religion which is to get sealed to your wife so you canHave your own planet and birth spirit children in the afterlife.

That is what they work toward, that is what everybody works toward is to be signed and sealed to your family and to have your own planet and be God of your own planet after you die.

If you don’t do this you end up in a lesser place called the Telestial kingdom And you don’t ever get to leave that place and go up to the celestial kingdom where all the good sealed Mormons and their wives are you are stuck there, it’s basically like this shitty place but not quite hell. So if you don’t pay you don’t play. What religion makes you pay for worthiness? A false one. It doesn’t matter what kind of person you are, you can be the shittiest person known to man but if you pay your tithes and act like a good mormon you get to be married in the temple and get your own planet when you die. It’s such a farce I can’t believe people believe it.

Plus half of it doesn’t make sense, why do you have to go to the celestial kingdom in the first place if you’re going to get your own planet? And then everybody gets to play Out the plan of redemption on their own planet. So on every Mormon plan it out there, is somebody playing Lucifer and somebody playing Jesus and somebody playing God. It’s absolutely reprehensible and if I could destroy anything on this planet it would be the Mormon religion.

It’s a misleading headline. The funds are for church operations or charity. The church needs 7 BILLION per year to simply operate. 1 billion per year is placed in savings or invested to have money for charity and operations. Just so happened the investment fund grew to 100 billion. So as the church grows it has fall back and growth money. No one said anything about misused for person gain or abuse of the money. The whistleblower is looking for a windfall payout for reporting the money’s existence in the investment fund. He’s hoping to cash in because not enough went out fast enough for charity. Tithing makes the church exist not just all go to charity. Though millions upon millions of dollars and man hours go to charity regularly. As always, it’s a misleading story and headline.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5921515

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77261945

No. Not true.

The point is that the church didn't declare these as overhead/operation costs - they listed the funds as CHARITY which gives them 100% tax exempt status to do as they wish with the funds.

Then they invest the funds making massive returns.

So they committed fraud against the government and the American people to STEAL money for PROFIT.

The widow described in the New Testament cast her two mites into the treasury. She gave out of her want, not out of great abundance. The widow did not see this as a transaction. She was wise and wasn’t interested in just having someone take her mites and hand them over to someone else in need. The widow understood that combining her offering with those of others would create a great compounding effect that would bless more people over a longer period of time.

Had the widow only wanted a transaction, she could have given her mites to a needy person on her own. It would have been a one-time transaction.

...
Building a reserve is wise and the appropriate way to honor the widow’s mite.

..
what would happen in the event of a significant economic downturn, let alone a complete collapse. Where will the poor, the needy and the most vulnerable look when the government becomes unwilling or unable to assist?

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1865756

Well, it is kind of a big deal when the Mormons claim they have a modern day prophet who receives revelation from God. They not only lied and misled their members, but they defrauded the government and the public.

I think the IRS is unconstitutional and don't really care except that the church has been raping and molesting women and children for decades. Murdered countless innocent people. Ruin lives. Keep people from Christ. Abuse them. And then claim God speaks with their prophet.

Until this year, a child with a gay parent could not even be baptized. So, you're the "true church" but God won't let you into Heaven because your dad came out of the closet? You cannot take communion if you thought about sex! But we can by golly forge documents, lie, cheat, and steal!

You're not forced. But if you don't pay 10% you cannot receive a temple recommend. If you don't get sealed to your wife or kids in the temple, you cannot go to the Telestial Kingdom and therefor cannot be with God. You then cannot see your children in Heaven because you did not pay tithe.

So yeah, not forced, but you're eternally punished.

I knew many of Mormons not feeding their kids or paying their bills so that they could pay their tithe only for the church to lie and use the money to invest in porn sites, alcohol companies, gambling websites, etc. and make profits.

I'd also like to detail the Temple Ceremony. I was sealed with my wife before I left the church.

You cannot be with your wife or children in the Telestial Kingdom unless they're all sealed to the man.

Up until the early 2000's, you would take a blood oath that if you ever revealed the temple ceremony God would disembowel you and send you to outer darkness.

Now the ceremony is less demonic in nature, but still evil and heavily influenced by Freemasonry.

We all put on weird Freemason outfits. We chanted a bunch. People laid hands.

Then you learn a secret handshake. If you don't remember this handshake when you die, God won't let you into Heaven. You practice it a few times and then a man behind a curtain who IS GOD at that time tests you to know if you know the handshake. After this you get a new name. You also need to remember this name. Though, everyone gets the same name based on what month it is - you can find this online easily.

This is what I experienced. I did take a oath I would never speak of this secret ceremony.

There are videos on YouTube too.

Also, until the early 90's, male missionaries were molested before their missions. They had to have their genitals massaged and inspected by elders before serving their missions. Once this leaked, the prophet revealed that God gave him revelation to stop molesting the missionaries.

Idk about the raping but the dark skin thing is totally true.

The members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints covenant in sacred temples to join the Abrahamic Covenant and spiritually join the house of Israel. That is why Abraham’s seed has been dispersed through out the world, to bless all nations.

The Church is fulfilling Daniels prophecy.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64698495

They follow Mal. 3 as a foundational for the law of tithing they believe they are joining the Abrahamic covenant thus they are Christians living the fullness of the gospel laws.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64698495

Unfortunately this is true. They do believe their Christians.

However, they don't worship Jesus Christ of the Bible. They believe Jesus was a regular man that lived on another planet far away. But Jesus paid tithe, had multiple wives, and did many "good works". Because of this, Super God (who had been physically fucking his infinite number of wives) gave him thousands of his own wives to sit around and fuck all day making spirit babies to populate Earth - Super God gave Jesus Earth.

That is the Jesus they worship.

They also don't believe Jesus did for anyone's sins. He died only for Adam's sins. This is what Brigham Young revealed after divine revelation from Earth God Jesus. So you have to work really hard and cleanse yourself of your own sins.

They also believe God lives near a planet/star called "Kolob". He lives there with an infinite number of women he fucks all day.

They also believed that you could not go to the Telestial Kingdom unless you practiced polygamy. When the Fed Govt came after them, their prophet got revelation from God that this is no longer a commandment.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78161187

So much bunk. Nothing in that post is true. Read the 13 articles of faith and learn something about the saints.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64698495

You do not know the history of your own religion???? Almost everything is true if not everything he said

I own multiple copies of various dated Journal of Discourses. You don't know what these are because you don't know anything about Mormonism. Before the TV and your "General Conference" - this is what you got.

I own the trifecta. So yes, I know the Articles of Faith, Word of Wisdom, D&C, and the Church History. I worked in the church, was sealed to my ex wife, and taught classes.

Anyone who researches ANY of my claims will easily verify them.

You were taught the internet is full of Satan's lies so you won't.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78247917

This be damn true, my family in law are all mormon. My best friend is Mormon. I hate that religion with all my being. They refuse to even admit JS had multiple wives and if you can get them to admit it they bring up Abraham. Pisses me right the F off.

I showed my non practicing Mormon husband what the Abraham papyrus really is and he says it’s coded so unworthy people can’t read it. My husband is an Intelligent guy until it comes to the Mormon bs. He loses all capacity to reason. I have never understood it and he has been excommunicated for 40yrs. for living with a girl unmarried. I swear, it’s brainwashing.

Damn good brainwashing! agumball

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76984449

The people following those other books don't call themselves Christian. They call themselves by other names. And they repeatedly say Christians are bad and wrong for doing what the bible says.

The Church believes in free agency as the supreme law. No one is forced to do anything.

Imagine it people love the church enough to willingly pay tithing year after year.. year after year. But more than that they give of their time and talents building up the church.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64698495

This person is lying. Mormons also practice a form of Al Taqiyya - so be careful trusting them. Joseph Smith taught it was okay to lie to non-Mormons.

You say they're not forced, but if you don't pay tithe you cannot partake in Communion - and that shit is EVERY SUNDAY. If you don't pay tithe you cannot be sealed in a temple which means you cannot gain access to God in the Telestial Kingdom, be a God yourself, nor see your children in Heaven.

The Wards I was a member of would sit women aside who did not pay their tithe so everyone knew. The men were okay though.

So this Mormon apologist is lying through his wicked teeth. If you don't pay tithe = no becoming a God, no being with God, no seeing your children in Heaven, no Telestial Kingdom, no Communion, no forgiveness of sin.

..

Tithing was for the Israelites. Christians are not under the law and forced tithing for them is unscriptural.

2 Corinthians 9:6-7

The Cheerful Giver
6 The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76984449

Classic apostate Christianity to suggest that tithing isn’t a commandment. There’s a reason God called prophets in the latter days.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77261945

Classic mormon ignorance to call tithing a commandment for the Jewelry or Christian. It was not 10% of your years earnings like Mormonism requires for temple recommend. It was 10% of your increase! Far different thing and it still won’t keep the jewelry out of the kingdom of God if they don’t pay it.
But not believing in Jesus will. Mormons don’t care about Jesus. They care about temple recommends and that takes yearly tithes. And your bishop will give you all kinds of shit if you don’t pay your tithes.
