It starts at 12:00 AM Midnight

Military time operates on a 24- hour clock that begins at midnight which is referred to as 0000 hours,

with 1:00 a.m. being 0100 hours,

2:00 a.m. being 0200 hours, etc.

all the way to 11:00 p.m. being 2300 hours.

They messed up, there is no zero century.

Also the first decade was only 9 years.

I don’t know why this is even debated. Every time line starts at zero. Plus it make no sense to talk about decades like the 60s plus 1970.

No one ever starts counting at zero.

There was no year zero.

Zero does not even exist except in philosophy.

Zero represents nothingness.
