Has anyone else had crazy anxiety for the past week or so? Cant figure out why...

Yesterday was a really bad day for me for no reason I could explain, I thought I was having a nervous breakdown, then concluded I was just very neuroctic

I ended up not being able to take it and drank two bottles of Muscadine wine and finally feel asleep

I felt very strange, a lot of energies shifting, it is continuing today but I am more peace today and back to logical things in my mind and things that I wanted to go back and look up when I had time

I've been procrastinating, but then I had an excuse...it was Christmas and the body needs rest.

But I did wake up last night thinking about something that happened years and years ago. I ended up getting up because I couldn't go back to sleep.

I don't suffer from anxiety, but occasionally I get completely concerned about someone.

Eclipse and new moon together. Total brain mind blockage and mayhem.

Yes, my cat went nuts and then I found out there were all sorts of EQ's in my area and I live surrounded by really large trees. So it has been a bit tense really. Plus the Schumann has been going insane.

Affecting Aries, cancer, Libra and for sure Capricorns. Or if one has planets in those signs and close to 20 or 23 degrees. It is happening to many planets in my chart. Yes I get the waves of anxiety. but i am also having deep realizations about my own life. guess the anxiety coupled with headaches and deep exhaustion is technological and the realizations are spiritual.

It's called the holiday season. The Holidays are biggest trigger of anxiety in people. All that stupid Christmas music blaring every where and Christmas commercials and the expectation that you are supposed to be happy this time of the year when you are naturally miserable the rest of the year.

Here's ^^^ an example of somebody with zero spiritual discernment. The devil is happy with his direction, so is leaving him alone.
