They might try to plan something if they thought they could get away with it but they can't because obviously we have all of their communications and know exactly what they are planning and with who they are planning, where they are and where they go, and I'm guessing they won't be listening to any advice from John Kerry, Obama and crew any longer either. And they know if they do, they will be found and there will be consequences.
