The Law of Free-will is known to him. He will do nothing for you unless you ask him to directly, which means communicating with him directly and acknowledging he is who he is. To interfere with anyone without their permission is to incur Karmic debt which has to be paid before death or it is used against you after death and binds you to penalties. Honest entities of the universe pay their debts freely. Dishonest ones are imprisoned in systems which eventually teach them they have to change or forever be bound to controlling systems. It is seen as a humane option by Honest entities. They simply think it is unfair for the dishonest to plague the honest so they separate them. Guess what sort of place and system we are all in? Most of us are not even honest with ourselves. You want him to do something then you have to ask him. Chances are even then he will not do it, but he will teach you how to do it for yourself. That keeps him out of your karmic debt as you did that not him and you pay the consequences if you do it incorrectly. He is a friend to anyone who is a friend to him. The anomaly has become adept at mastering his mental energy and can manifest money and resources at will. The Anomaly has also transcended His ego in large so he does not seek more money then he needs to accomplish his Great Work. Because He does not waste time on slaving away for someone else, he dedicates himself to understanding Himself and accomplishing the task of progressing the Great Work which is G~D's will.

What is The Great Work?
Only G~D knows the entire plan but the Anomaly knows he is One with all existence and His task is to free Himself from illusion of ignorance. He must do so by awakening Himself and work on Himself in absolute honesty. Because he is aware he is One with all, He understands that the more He awakens, the more Humanity awakens with Him from the dream.

What you see as "nothing" is simply Him meditating, studying, projecting Light (Truth) in various mediums of communication including through the ether and manifesting physical resources when he needs it.

From your point of view, YOU are the Anomaly of your Universe and He is an aspect of YOUR PSYCHE from deep within your consciousness, reaching out to you to awaken by subtly watering the seeds of Truth in your subconscious to cue you to awaken you from your ignorance.
