This is my fourth year of training At home I hit the speed bag, double end bag and heavy bag everyday, eat healthy as fuck, lots of supplements and water. I shoot indoors with a replica Glock 19, just for the extra practice. I am a vet, have what I need, and I’m personally done fucking around |

Don't go for short term strength, go for long term endurance.. Instead of lifting 700 lbs 6 times, lift 200 fifty times, or whatever. This will serve you much better. |

If your system is used to popping artificial pills and powders for it's supplement you're going to crash at some point once you run out.. Better to strengthen your gut by eating garbage from time to time, so that you will be able to eat what you scavenge after everything goes balls up. |

A lean body will use much less energy to endure in a high-stress, high fatigue scenario than a 250 lb body requires to do the same. |

I do all natural supplements via concentrated food sources like blue green algae, everything I do is in my bug out kits which will give me at least a 90 day advantage over most the population I hear what you are saying but this isn’t my first rodeo either. Losing more weight, gaining muscle except I fell today which got me thinking about how terrible that would be. I tripped, fell on my bad leg/shoulder causing more pain. Bruised big toe (again this week, it was bleeding). Then, as I'm limping home, about to cry...cursing people laughing, I caught my pinky toe on some lady's black edging and broke (basically decapitated) that toe. I made it home, barely. In extreme pain. I doubt I'll be able to walk tomorrow. What if that happens when the shtf?? Better bring really good supplies and know how to use. I'm already in the apocolyps. |

Dug a canal(for the mini hydro turbine) 100m long, 80cm wide and 60cm deep, all by hand. Took me around 4 months. Then raised the walls and concreted the bottom(used a cement mixer) but I had help for this part. That was the hardest part, but now I got fully working, non-stop power supply. Then I started to dig a huge hole for the biodigestor, still a work in progress, but secondary. Built 5 greenhouses with aquaponics systems inside. Chicken coop with 20 chickens and 2 roosters(now more, since many eggs hatched), a cow and the property already had several fruit trees. The work on the canal was tough and it built my strength, stamina and resistance to a level I NEVER EVER had. I would say I'm totally fit, although not exactly in a gym. MaybeTrollingUAgain |
