different pay structure

the record label owns you and your stuff
and it's pay to play
if you wanna keep gettin paid for record sales, radio plays, itunes downloads etc. you don't say a damn thing
say something and you lose your royalties paycheques

in the film industry you get paid once per role
you don't make royalties from the subsequent showings or sales of VHS, DVD, BluRay, Downloads, or Streams, etc.
all that royalty money only goes to the production company

Makes sense. I was also thinking that most 'participants' were normies and more than willing.
