My ex had tried to use them as a weapon as well, telling them I had never paid a dime of child support! Was in their office regularly trying to have my drivers license pulled and my contractors license!
You are spot on! 2 Days before the 706 state appointed expert was going to render his custody decision, they pulled by daughter away from me again! She took my daughter down to the emergency room and claimed I was molesting her while under state custody where I was never alone with her at any time.
That was enough to drag it out for 3 more years. I was forced to represent myself at that time, could barely make my rent and keep up with my car insurance. They played every dirty trick you could fucking imagine!!
And by the way I had payed thousands in child support, and had dozens of receipts I made the bitch sign every time I gave her cash, they were in the thousands!
They play a dirty game while they keep you in such a sate of despotism you can barely function.
Add to that not being able to see your child, while they go home to Christmas parties and New Years eve parties, while you keep getting your water turned off and can barely keep the lights on!! They have the child's interest in mind so much they try to crush the father under the load!

Being targeted is an understatement! I had zero criminal record, not even a traffic ticket, no convictions of anything, and still don't to this day!
In court I wasn't even allowed to present her public record! The judge refused to allow me to bring up the fact that she had a felony record of deadly assault of a household member with a deadly weapon as well as an extensive arrest record for other assaults on other people! A fucking kangasroo court from the pits of hell!!!

I listened to an interview this woman did back in July.

Tell me parents, what would you do if Cps rolled up took your child with no due process- disappeared them with zero contact with no family members nor friends. Not even knowing where they were for (at that time of interview was already 43 days), their file is missing where you couldn't appeal their case and they're disabled?

My heart goes out to this woman and her family. Please say prayers for them. I can understand why she was willing to go to such lengths. I hear men say they would punch a perv out just for looking at their daughter wrong.

My entire case for nearly eight years revolved around the "safe house" video, that the defendants attorney claimed would remove all doubt of what a monster of a father I was and a despicable human being I was, Verbatim!. Not once did the judge require them to get the video tape to end the fucking charade!
In fact I brought it up often enough that the fucking judge assigned me the responsibility of retrieving the video from The Albuquerque police evidence room! Over the course of a year I filed seven subpoenas in an effort to clear my name! They refused every single time!!!!! Imagine being forced to retrieve condemning evidence against yourself by a fucking judge!?
All that time I was refused visitations. I raised so much hell the judge decided to then tell me that I should file to hold the evidence room in contempt of court! So I did!
How many times did I go to court wanting results to just have another stumbling block thrown in front of me!?
So after filing the contempt of court against them 2 days before trial they produced the video...imagine my excitement. I fucking hated them! But guess what I was able to get on the record?

So once again court was called to order, and after more hoopla about nothing at all and now that I had said video, no one seemed interested in even viewing the damn thing!? So i asked the judge for permission to speak freely. Permission was granted.

To me it boiled down to something so simple. So i asked him, if the reason why i had my parental rights removed was due to the fact that the defendants attorney had made claims about the video? He shook his head and said yes. Bingo! I had his ass right then and knew it!
So i said well that begs the next question then, why were they allowed to make claims about a video tape in court, that were enough for you to remove my rights as a father if it was confidential to begin with, and neither one of us had ever seen it?
And why is it after a year and i have it right here "as i lifted it up" and no one here wants to see it?
That 72 year old twat waffle was in on it all along too!! His face turned beet red and while yelling at them that saying "THEY WERE MAKING THIS STATE A PARTY TO THIS SITUATION".
I could scarcely believe my ears! And he like all idiots were pointing the finger at them?
What the fuck is the purpose of having a judge preside over the case at that point?
Their crime literally changed the course of my life forever! So excuse me while I get excited over the idea of Trump making arrest of this criminal satanic cabal still operating at full steam!

I'll tell you what I'd do: At the first inkling I'd RUN! ...So far and so fast. Leave my kid with a relative or friend that I trusted and I'd tell CPS to go fuck themselves. I've seen what they do. They take kids that they shouldn't take and they allow kids to stay with parents that are clearly unfit. Frankly, they don't want those kids that have a horrible life. They want the better kids. Its almost like that don't want a "product" that is already spoiled. Its a very screwed up system in many places. My state and a few counties around me, they're not too bad.
