Not really. I think Denver (more specifically, Colorado Springs) may be the operational center, but the residential bug-out location is likely in Taos, NM - about 200 miles south and connected by tunnels to CO. Do a little research on the history of the area and the notable residents and you will come to the same conclusion. Factor in the "hum", the tunnels under the town, the blocked government roads near the mountain, and the mysterious unmarked passenger planes flying in the early hours of the day, and it's not hard to draw the same conclusions.

It's not a mistake that Rumsfeld keeps a house there, or that Bush and Schwarzenegger are regular visitors. That's to say nothing of the fact that Julia Roberts, Dean Stockwell, Dennis Hopper and many more have also been notable residents. For a tiny and relatively poor mountain town, it's a haven for elites. It's because Taos has a documented history of self-sufficiency dating back almost 1000 years. Everything else could be wiped out and you could still live comfortably for decades.

Think the NWO agenda clearly states west of the Mississippi is Denver, east of it will be Atlanta, that's from 30+ years ago.

I heard this rumor back in 1978 when I was stationed in the area.

I think it's been "Plan B" since around the 60's or so. They've been building out bases and tunnels around the SW since then. Obviously that doesn't point to a specific imminent threat, rather a long-term projection.

And the huge, new NSA complex in neighboring Utah.

And geographic location in center of country. Better defended.

Denver was picked a long time ago to be the back up government capitol. Even before it was suggested/projected to us in the "Hunger Games".
