Uncle intel told me back in the 90s the US has the tech to cause an earthquake in most places on earth. I thought that was far fetched but once I saw the stand off with China over Taiwan in the 90s end suddenly with an earthquake I started to take notice.

I guess they got this idea from vietnam when the air force would throw thousands of darts out of planes at 3000 feet hoping some of them would hit people and kill them.
