Abortion arrives before the court as a law requiring abortionists (won't call them dr's) must have a relationship with a local hospital to be eligible to perform the abortion.

For the left this is a nail in the coffin as many large hospitals don't want to associate themselves with abortions.

This is the fight they need her fighting (even though Roberts is the real linchpin). President Trump knows that trying to put the genie back in the bottle via legislation is as steep a hill as it would have been had the left attempted legalization by legislation.

If abortion is successfully curtailed this way it sets a pattern for rolling back many of the things the left has accomplished via lawfare in the past few decades. Hopefully once these rollbacks have occurred a means of preventing further activist judiciary ills can be prevented.
