Sorry miss, I was not paying attention.

Sounds like you will need a trackhoe to dig it. Concrete blocks and concrete are cheap.

My mom lives in St Clair county and my daughter lives in Shelby county.

This set up reminds me of April 2011. We had debris in the air in Alabaster, when my daughter and I lived there then. The debris was from the tornado that hit Tuscaloosa.

We were fortunate. All we lost was power for 3 days. There were 238 people killed in AL that day.

I'm praying this is nothing like that.

Many of you will recall that last years Spring floods started in February in Mississippi and lasted until May over much of the Mississippi and Missouri river valleys.

How many category 5 hurricanes might we expect in the Atlantic basin this year? 6 have been entered into the historical record over the last 4 years and 2 of those years marked up 2. Might we see 3 this year???

Ocean temps are not cooling as much as they should and water has become considerably more acidic.

I have seen it 70 degrees and sunshine in the morning and by noon snowing so hard they had to let school out.

This is nowhere near the 2011 Mega Outbreak for Alabama. They didn't spray nearly as much here this time so most of AL will be OK.

It's a pretty nasty system, plenty of tornados in MO yesterday. Just after 10 all my weather systems started blaring with our tornado warning (it died just before it got here) but it rained like a mother

Bessemer Alabama here, already got the yard ready, chickens/dogs put up, just waiting for it to hit. So far just extremely windy and light rain. Y’all be safe.

The only time I've been to Bessemer is once when my old GMC Sierra had a hole in the radiator , I had to stop at AutoZone , we were passing thru. I bought that stop leak stuff like ny son told me to over the phone, and the black employee claimed I gave him a ten dollar bill even tho I gave him a 20...refused to give me all my change back...i said whatever...i was surrounded by thugs...went out and quickly got to fixing my truck, had my minor kids with me..scary...while I'm doing so I see that black dude riding away quickly on his bike! The other employees came out and looked around wondering where he went...!!! I have no doubt that guy went straight to the crack house with my ten dollar bill he stole...never again will I stop in that fucking zoo of a city....too close to Birmingham. I'm not racist at all but damn!!!

Isn't Bessemer where the missing woman, Paighton Houston, was found, buried in a shallow grave? Funeral was yesterday. Former addict was last seen at the Tin Roof in Birmingham with co-workers. I've been following the story...no updates, just a lot of rumors. Anything new? I hate unsolved mysteries.
