Height/weight has very little to do with how fit you are. BMI, activity, habits... those are more relevant. I'm 5'6", 145lbs. Worked in construction, agriculture, and automotive all my life with factory work on the occasion. Never worked an idle job save for about 1.5 years worth of food industry work. I ride a bicycle for leisure whenever I have the opportunity. At 40 years old, I'm in better shape and have better stamina than most 25 year olds I know.

Never go by BMI. My body fat percentage is 3%. I’m a 5’1 woman who weighs 192 pounds. My BMI says I am severely OBESE. But, my bf percentage is lower than most very athletic men. I don’t even get a period now because it’s so low for competition.
