Which GLP'er has the biggest forehead I'm waiting for.

4'11" 91 pounds. Walk my dog several times a day. One or 2 of the walks are close to a mile, if the weather is good.
I have arthritis and other health issues, but I firmly believe in use it or lose it ! I would rather wear out, than rust out, LOL !

Squatted a 3 @ 405 last Sunday and Deadlifted 5 @ 385 on Wednesday. Not as strong as I used to be, but still respectable numbers for an old man.

I'm up for that, i'll get the sturgeon ready.

A few years ago I could run a mile in under 6 minutes and bench 300.

I got out of my wheelchair many years ago and I walk most days 30 minutes or longer.. use light weights some of that time.. and "dance".. better known as grooving to beaty music for lots of range of motion exercise that walking does not provide and I get some more aerobic with it.

You are a little one. My mum is 140lbs, I used to pick her up over my head for lulz.
