I'm conducting an experiment on wireless and radio waves and the affect it has on us in our homes

I,m shielding my bedroom from all wireless signals and putting ethernet ports in all the rooms in my house to eliminate all wireless signals that I am producing inside my home via internet etc. The last step is to shield the parts of my smart meter the face the house.

The idea is to remove or at least greatly minimize myself from all of the radio waves and 3,4,5G wifi etc for 1/3 of each day by isolating myself from them during sleeping hours and minimize all signals within my control in the rest if the house.

There are communities that are not aloud to have any radio signals of any kind and the people that live in them say they have noticed that they sleep way better and can think more clearly they also claim other health benefits as well like feeling more calm in general so I want to test this to see if it's a real thing, if so, I'll spread the information based on my findings.
