If someone gets a restraining order against you, will it cut off your HUD housing payments?

Can any insane person file false accusations against you and get your housing cut off?

What do you do when you proved the accusations are false and the judge still rules in their favor? How do you file perjury charges against the liar? How do you get an attorney with no money? Is there a way for the poor to get legal assistance when you are the falsely accused? Legal aid does not cover this?

Go to the courthouse and ask these questions. They will direct you to public resources. They may even have a weekly session where an attorney helps answer questions for free. Follow the instructions carefully if you file any motions. Simple mistakes will cause them to be denied.

I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice. You will hear this disclaimer from anyone you ask for help except the lawyer, of course.
