Folks..yes, there a few very rare exceptions, but, again, the point is we'd have nowhere near the capacity needed to shoe the population.
I bet we have less than 10% of the boot-making capacity we used to have, less than 1% of the shoe capacity, and almost ZERO athletic shoe capacity.
