She wasn't pregnant, and said so on a check-in questionnaire, but airline staff made her take a pregnancy test anyway before she was allowed to board. The Wall Street Journal reports that Nishida was asked to give permission to an authorized medical provider to conduct a "fit-to-fly" assessment. The form was apparently meant for women who had a body size or shape resembling a pregnant woman. Nishida told The Journal it was "very humiliating and frustrating" to be escorted to a public restroom where she was handed a strip to urinate on. She did not test positive and was able to board the flight. why are they targeting people from first world countries and ignoring those from the turd world? |

This woman can blame those who came before her, for making it difficult for her now. And from the article, herein lies the problem: "Chinese citizens can visit the Northern Marianas without a visa — the only US soil where they can do so — and 575 Chinese tourists gave birth there in 2018, according to The Journal, up from 12 in 2009 .. " the Marianas know what they need to do to stop the Asian women from coming there just to give birth. |

Because 3rd world nationals can’t afford the birthing vacation to produce anchor babies. This is a big problem that’s been exposed here in Hawaii. Birthing vacations are “technically” legal - fall within a grey area of the law. “If we are peaceful, if we are happy, we can smile and blossom like a flower, and everyone in our family, our entire society, will benefit from our peace.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Being Peace "But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you." - Job 12:7,8 "When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro." - Hunter S. We seem to have a lockdown on the occasional Japanese anchor baby. We're also really good at catching nail clippers and shampoo in our airports, but not too good at catching the hundreds of thousands of Central American anchor babies or actual threats to airplanes. It's why I started choosing little tiny airports to enter the country, even if it's a few hours more. They are more friendlier. The last time I went through a large airport (San Francisco from Japan) they started interrogating me why I was out of the country.
