Fallen angels have to be sent to prison (the PIT if you8 are an immortal) before they can be sent to the fiery lake. The Beast from the PIT is a fallen angels. Before the flood they were a king on earth when the program was the extermination of 5 fingered people as that is an image of God and the Holy Spirit. God allows them out before the end of the 1,000 year reign just so Jesus can sent them to the fiery lake because of that crime. The 4 fallen angels that were angelic horsemen that did that task are killed and their bones gathered and buried as payment for theit crimes against mankind. Their leader is known as 'the False Prophet' and he is also sent to the same lake by Jesus in the few hours it takes to pour out all 7 vials of wrath.
The 10 men also have a network of people that is 2/3 of all of mankind that are Satan's followers on the same day the vials are poured out. That day is the same one that sees the two witnesses resurrected from the grave, literally.

If 666 stood for 6.66B people 4.4B would be classified as a sinner and be killed on the day of return. Prior to the trumps sounding that term would apply to anybody that reads the book and doubts Jesus was resurrected just as the Gospels say.
