Also I recommend Prioritizing what health issues you want to work on. There are many good suggestions posted here, but many that are less important. You really need to take Vitamin K2 (Not K1 as it is hardly absorbed) to help ACTIVATE D3, E and A. Vitamin D3 & K2, plus Magnesium moves calcium out of the blood and into the bones. 20% of the plaque in your arteries is from Calcium. Avoid taking Calcium.. you have a K2 deficiency.. instead. So K2 also helps reduce plaque blockage in the arteries. As you age, your skin does not process the sun to make D3. Watch some MDs discuss K2 on the internet. Vitamins do NOT Work without Minerals.. The soil is depleted of minerals.. and farmers are not putting minerals back into the soil.. they are using oil based fertilizer to force chemicals into the plants.. per an ex-Mobile Oil Engineer. So a MultiMineral and using Sea Salt is advised. MD told me the worst mineral deficiency is Magnesium, Sulfur and Iodine. Your diet is more important than supplements.. WHEAT is the worst food you can eat. It causes hunger, spikes blood sugar worst than a candy bar.. and causes diabetics. I take LDN and have had no colds, sinus infections or severe hives in 8 years.. Search Buy + Naltrexone.. and you can locate an overseas source for the 50 mg pill.. dilute in distilled water and keep it cold. AllDayChemist is a good source. MultiVitamins are generally an expensive waste.. mostly B and C vitamins.. and just enough of the others to claim it is there.. but not enough to do anything. |

Drink Oj drink lots actually, you're a bit misinformed. eat an orange, but don't drink friut juice. it's not much better than a cola because of the sugar spike it causes. without the fruit (fiber) to regulate the sugar, it spikes... but, glad to hear you're healthy . .
