Cannabis helps too I haven’t had any since September though when I was raided for ordering 100 tabs of ALD-52 which is a version of Acid that’s in the grey area of the law. Analogs can only be prosecuted by the Feds under the Federal Analog Act unless the State you’re in has Scheduled it. I find out the test results they did tomorrow for everything they seized. On the warrant they falsely claimed under oath that it was LSD-25. So hopefully I can get all the charges dropped due to them lying under oath. The only legit charges are related to me extracting DMT which was discovered during the raid under false pretenses... I’m currently facing a minimum of 7 years in prison lol. The drug laws in my county and NC are fucking insane. If they do get me for the DMT charges I’m facing at least a year or two... Wow, facing prison time for something that's a "personal problem" at worst ... Yep, if I do get prosecuted I’m hoping to get house arrest/probation or just probation since this is my first offensive. I’m not entirely sure what all the mandatory minimum laws apply to in NC. I know it applies to the false LSD-25 Trafficking charge I have, but not sure about the Manufacturing DMT charge which is the only thing the State can get me on. Prison will be hell if they won’t let me have certain Medications, mainly Pregabalin or Gabapentin for pain...  I have had problems in the past when addicted to a few certain Substances. All the things that were seized DMT Lab, 4-AcO-DMT(basically synthetic Psilocin), 3-HO-PCE, N-Acetyl-LSD, & 4-Fluoromethylphenidate(stronger version of Ritalin). I was taking for Medical reasons... Psychedelics for Depression/Mental Health. Dissociative's for Pain & Depression, & Unscheduled version of Ritalin for my Aspergers symptoms since my Psychiatrist refused to prescribe Controlled Substances after I was charged. I would only take a moderate dose of a Psychedelic & a Dissociative once a month for Depression. Occasionally a couple times a year I would take large doses of a Hallucinogen to explore my Psyche & work out issues I have. Also small doses of Dissociative’s for the Anesthetic effect when I have a Fibromyalgia flare up... I’ll send green as a talisman . I will on the 22nd after meeting with lawyer to discuss the test results & defense. I will see him tomorrow for a couple minutes before my next court date tomorrow. Will try to see if he can give me the drug test results then. I already know all of them but the DMT will come back negative for what they claim it is. Two of the chemicals I got shipped from a Canadian company literally had the full names of the chemicals. They are claiming & even charged me for possessing DMT when it is actually 10 pellets of 4-AcO-DMT which is basically Shrooms, it breaks down into Psilocin(4-HO-DMT) after it is consumed. And didn’t have any DMT in my possession as I used all I had, they only got around 5 mason jars that still had a small amount of DMT I hadn’t extracted yet. So I’m assuming the DMT possession charge is about the 4-AcO-DMT. The drug enforcement officers here are fucking retarded lol...
