I don't really get depressed, but when people around me get blue,
I get them to exercise, especially walking...
it pumps the blood, invigorates the lungs with O2...
gives the brain and all other systems a big shot of go-juice!
Then, prayer, for the mind. Prayer lets go and trusts The Creator to guide our path.
Be Obedient to Him!
He will send you... yes YOU... answers out of the Blue as you walk along!
Think about living in an eternal moment with Him then,
ON THE EVENT HORIZON OF YOUR LIFE!!
You will be fine if you do these two things!

GOD'S POWER He has all power for the stars, and the sun, and the Universe itself is His creation... So just walk... think about Him only. Walk several miles if needed till you feel better. Trust Him, and just walk and pray! A blessing of love to you my friend! Where there is LOVE there is GOD!!! TOL
