just be depressed don't fight your feelings. Be be present in your moods to not burn bridges. Eat pizza and drink Juice. Yep  Yeah. Don’t fight it. Just move through it. Sometimes we’re happy. Sometimes sad. Eventually we’ll be one of the other. If you’re sad just wait. You’ll go up. Same with happy. You’ll move down. It’s an ebb and flow.
