First thing that needs to die is the made up term "assault weapon".
Then, we need to kill the term "high capacity magazine".
30 round magazines are STANDARD capacity magazines.
And then we need to question why it is a legitimate practice to allow police to carry such weapons along with "high capacity" magazines because they then become a standing army that could be used against the citizens.
Every one of these "laws" is in direct violation of Virginia's own Constitution.
