Mind over matter - true, more and more scientists say it's true, but not necessarily in this case. This reality is matrix-like projection, but it doesn't mean you can change rules at will, you'd simply have to hack the system, which could get you erased from the programme. It's like in any game/competition, you don't play by the rules, you're out. You can't change the rules of physics without destabilizing/shutting down the whole system, that's why the system won't let you do it. Perhaps the most advanced seekers are able to access the source, but I'm quite sure none has gained enough knowledge to hack the system.
