Spiritually advanced people who have been on a spiritual path for years can learn how to do this and they're out there but few and far between.

Sathya Sai Baba is a fraud. Anyone who sexually abuses or tricks other into having sex is not on the spiritual path as that act alone is out of alignment with ones inner spiritual integrity.
