Reminds me of those leaked MPO/LERM documents back around the 2007 timeframe. We all have the ability to materialize matter from the the light encoded reality matrix. We do it every day with the ‘law of attraction’ but with enough practice and knowledge of the algorithm to manifest matter quickly, anyone can achieve this ‘magic’.
