It's not up to lawyers, politicians or police to "hold" these people for the protection of the public. Our laws are so fucked up that criminals have more rights than we do safety. It's their jobs to PROCESS these criminals. That's all. Lawyers don't give a fuck about safety, they are just making a paycheck. It's not like in the movies. We are on our own. There is no precautions except those we take for ourselves. We are essentially naked.
