this is the plan nationwide, Virginia is changing grand larceny from 500-2000.00 They want the laws in favor of the criminals it is a way to get votes. HEy ill vote for the person that changed the law so i could steal 1999 and not get a felony.
They want the crimes to be law and the law abiding citizen to be criminals, just look at the gun grab in VA!!!
