Pretty sick, isn't it. He even spouted that he couldn't believe that they let him out.
It's much safer living in a rural or mountain environment with less people around then living in a city. Ranches and farms age good places to live if one enjoys working outdoors. Towns with smaller populations around 1-2 thousand people can be ideal.
