Your own article except says he was making money off the place. Hosting it out for receptions and parties.
Hardly a residence.

From all descriptions in the news story, it appears that it was a “venue” Rather than a Residence......and This is a pretty clear case of FRAUD by the city of Seattle by listing the property as a Residence if it is being claimed by the city to now not be a Residence. Keep in mind that they also violated The United States Constitution if they entered the property without a warrant or Probable cause to believe a crime was being committed.
