Everyone here arguing about zoning whether in defense or against the guy is a statist government d*xk sucking cuck.
Every American should be able to do whatever they want with their property. Zoning should not be a thing.

With in one year we had a drug addict hang herself from the front of a building and tons of homeless piped in who were shooting up in the fucking streets. So with that logic I can take my business put up some mattresses against the wall and turn it into an opium den or firing range and nobody can do fuck all about it. My god do you even understand basic structure or city planning?
