Everyone here arguing about zoning whether in defense or against the guy is a statist government d*xk sucking cuck.
Every American should be able to do whatever they want with their property. Zoning should not be a thing.

It's mostly about traffic, parking spots being taken up, and maybe noise problems from the place. You can't just turn a house into a bar and charge for alcohol / drinks.
