They can leave EU, but Scots can't leave UK.

Grow the fuck up and accept that you can't always get your way in life when more people want something you do not. The Scottish referendum was agreed to be the one and only time they would vote on the issue and that both sides would abide by the results. A once in a generation quote was no more than a verbal agreement, the actual written agreement in the Smith Commission states this: Chapter 2 Heads of agreement introduction 18 It is agreed that nothing in this report prevents Scotland becoming an independent country in the future should the people of Scotland so choose. So there you go, agreed and signed by both the Scottish and UK government. So one way or another Scotland will have it's referendum and there are already plans underway to do it with out Boris Johnsons permission and as it has been agreed that the choice is up to the Scottish people it will be legal.
