Constitutional changes are expected - Michustin new PM according to German paper Die Welt Aftonbladet: Putin forced to act like a democratic elected leader By diminishing the power of the president and giving Parliament more to say about, Putin is trying to prepare the ground for himself as someone who can continue to pull the strings more in the background. Exactly how it will go is too early to say yet. Clearly, Putin does not want to repeat the old trick of a direct job exchange with his Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev. It was an obvious way to bypass the constitution and give him a new opportunity to come back as president later. When that happened in 2012, the citizens were cursed. It was the first time the Russian people had shown their dissatisfaction with Putin by going out on the streets and demonstrating. FTS Guide has attracted the attention of law enforcement agencies at the beginning of this year. And this interest was associated just with the Crimea and Sevastopol. New regions were transferred to the standards of the Russian tax legislation. Part of the work was carried out on a paid basis in the interest of the Federal Tax Service business structure, which consisted of the respective state contracts. This was the basis for the creation of a system of kickbacks. The criminal scheme was uncovered by the FSB. And February 5th of this year, security officers carried out a successful special operation detained the deputy chief of administrative and management control of the Federal Tax Service of Denis Gusev. Now it is reported that in the criminal case materials Gusev appears the amount of theft of $ 94.5 million. Rubles.
