This is usually a bad sign so this morning I ran an inmate search for all the local jails. Boom. Drug possession charges with a bail of $2,000, a second controlled substance charge with $5,000 bail and a forgery charge with a bail of $50,000!! She's had drug charges before and she usually is given a slap on the wrist and a prescription for suboxone. She's a lovely young woman so they always go easy on her. I don't know what she did as far as the forgery goes. I understand context matters and it can go from being a misdemeanor to a felony with years of prison time. The $50,000 bail amount suggests the latter  Well I guess I'll give her some commissary as a birthday gift  |

Most men would have a felony and a ruined life on their second drug charge (first time can be expunged if you do UA's and take drug prevention courses), my sister on the other hand must have a dozen controlled substance charges and yet not one felony. She was determined to push her luck. |
