An American Clarion Call, Wake the Flock Up

I borrowed this from an AC and it is very well penned.
Katherine Morrison D-VA claimed the majority wins! Makes policy, that's the Democratic process!

Is she right? Can the majority simply fashion laws to suit what seems to be in style at the time? Well of course she'd be right if we lived in a democracy.

But you see there is a reason why you can't find the word democracy in the bill of rights, in our declaration of independence, or our constitution.

Our founding fathers knew the Tyrrany of the masses is just as wicked as that of a tyrant czar, king or war Lord, etc. etc...

In this war of attrition let us not forget who the desperate player is, who wants to change the laws to usurp our inalienable rights.

Take heed to the law, the constitution. Our founding fathers established a process, let's not upend it out of desperation. We have to let the process play out through the three branches of government while making sure our voices are heard in mass.

Pen is mightier than the sword at this point and time. No need to go nuclear, yet! We are far from a last resort, despite its resonances on our horizon. We have to remain calm as the world watches ground zero of the progressive attack on our constitution, the foundation of our heritage.

It's the oldest constitution on earth. It's far from crumbling from under our feet. As long as we have it we too must abide by it and let the process play out as Trump suggested. While we have it let us stand fast, with our heads high toward the flag that still waves.

Be brave, endure this trial confident that when and if the time comes the spirits of our founding founders will abide with in to carry on this torch of liberty from generation to generation! FREEDOM!

As long as we have the constitution, let us use the constitution. It is more powerful than any gun we could take to lobby with. If we can't lobby with our guns, well hell bring a copy of the constitution, bill of rights, declaration of independence. Let the so-called majority know that they don't rule the Republic Rules!
