The graph at 1:00 looks like this is just a regular decline and we can expect it to go back up, as it's gone up and down for the past 100 years.

But I suspect the decrease is much faster, because for the past few years I know NOAA has been fudging the data, reporting higher temps than actual for evening hours in winter.

When they're saying it's 40 degrees outside and my downspouts have frozen, what else can I conclude? This has gone on for several years. They pick evening hours because they're not the daily high or low, not closely watched, but they go into the average.
