Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78350120 Think about it. He revealed that he was in Vienna with Joe and Victoria working with Firtash when he got word he might be needed for Impeachment. He ended up retaining 2 of Trumps' lawyers - Dowd and Downing. Then he gets arrested and he says they told him not to participate in anything. He said they were more concerned about Trump than he being their client. In jail one day he told one of them that he was about to stand up and kick somebody's ass over how he was being treated. One of them hit the emergency button and he was taken out of the consultation room. Fired them both. That all happened less than a year after he and 4 others, including Don jr attended a private dinner in the Trump Hotel, that was decorated to look like the White House. During the nights conversation Ukraine came up and he says he told Trump that Yovanovitch was spreading stuff about him and saying he should be impeached (which all turned out to be Giuliani - Lutsenko - Solomon fake news). Trump got pissed and turned to his adviser and said fire her. But he said he couldn't. The date was April 30th and Pompeo hadn't been sworn in yet. So it was Lev who initially inspired Trump to move on Yovanovitch. Trump tried 3 or 4 more times to fire her. It went back and forth between the WH and State Dept and Pompeo refused to fire her - then the misinformation media campaign came out and that helped Trump fire her. THIS IS WHY Trump won't turn over WH docs and why Pompeo hasn't turned over any State docs to the House inquiry. So Lev has said he feels safer after getting his docs released and telling his story - it's kind of a Lee Harvey Oswald-like turn of events except Lev lives for now. Memory jog Lev was in the Trump Tower dinner with Trump and Don jr on April 30th, 2018. He was arrested in October 2019 (so more than a year after his TT dinner - however Lev and Rudy were inseparable during most of that time and when they were apart he says the communicated with each other several times a day. There was big money flowing around. He was making something like 200k a month and he said that Joe and Victoria got a couple mil plus 100k a month expenses from Firtash. |

Here's some links explaining documents turned over the the House Intelligence Committee [link to www.usatoday.com (secure)] [link to www.mediamatters.org (secure)] It's fascinating..to me anyway that a Judge said he could hand over his docs on January 3rd and on January 6th John Bolton said he would testify if called. And of course the 3rd was a Friday and the 6th a Monday or Bolton might have made his announcement the next day ..?? He probably did a lot of soul-searching in those 2 days about testifying OR getting PAID to TELL in his book - to the tune of Millions. "If you really want to know what former National Security Adviser John Bolton though of President Trump's actions regarding Ukraine, you may not have to rely on the Senate to call him as a witness in the president's upcoming impeachment trial. That's because Bolton is going to reveal some of what he saw in his upcoming book, people familiar with the matter told The New York Times. The book, which is almost finished, is reportedly going to detail Bolton's time in the White House, events related to Russia and Venezuela, and his interactions with other administration officials, some of whom reportedly don't come across very well, including former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney." Quoting: Cheops Another dud. LMFAO Ukrainian officials were told to stay out of American politics by several Ambassadors. When Rick Perry told Rudy Giuliani that he had delivered the 'announcement' political errand to Zelensky at his Inauguration he said that Z would do it. Days later Rudy blew a fuse when the announcement was about corruption in general and not about Bidens or BURISMA. The Ukrainians are not to be trusted including your M of FA fake news. This is what Rudy suffered through first-hand more than once and HE was TOLD by US Ambassadors that the ones he was communicating with directly, or indirectly with Parnas, were not to be trusted...that all came out in the House hearings. |
