Lev Parnas said that President Donald Trump is like a cult leader.

He revealed that he was in Vienna with Joe and Victoria working with Firtash when he got word he might be needed for Impeachment. He ended up retaining 2 of Trumps' lawyers - Dowd and Downing.

Then he gets arrested and he says they told him not to participate in anything. He said they were more concerned about Trump than he being their client. In jail one day he told one of them that he was about to stand up and kick somebody's ass over how he was being treated. One of them hit the emergency button and he was taken out of the consultation room. Fired them both.

That all happened less than a year after he and 4 others, including Don jr attended a private dinner in the Trump Hotel, that was decorated to look like the White House. During the nights conversation Ukraine came up and he says he told Trump that Yovanovitch was spreading stuff about him and saying he should be impeached (which all turned out to be Giuliani - Lutsenko - Solomon fake news). Trump got pissed and turned to his adviser and said fire her. But he said he couldn't. The date was April 30th and Pompeo hadn't been sworn in yet. So it was Lev who initially inspired Trump to move on Yovanovitch.

Trump tried 3 or 4 more times to fire her. It went back and forth between the WH and State Dept and Pompeo refused to fire her - then the misinformation media campaign came out and that helped Trump fire her. THIS IS WHY Trump won't turn over WH docs and why Pompeo hasn't turned over any State docs to the House inquiry.

So Lev has said he feels safer after getting his docs released and telling his story - it's kind of a Lee Harvey Oswald-like turn of events except Lev lives for now.
