How can so many teachers be so utterly stupid?

Teachers should have to listen to a lecture once a semester about:

1) Do not have sexual relations with students.

2) Do not have sexual relations with minors.

3) Do not send nude pictures of yourself to students or minors.

The camera supposedly adds 10 lbs.
(Maybe she has 3 cameras on her.)
