This looks like a translation error. In the proper context:

That said, I have not seen 14% anywhere and I do not speak persian, but it was taken out of context.

-ETA: This may be a cautious admission by the Iranian authorities that they have noticed a significant number of reinfections. It would be how state media would be used to "announce" something like that. That is all speculative though.

Can't drop a potential 30% re-infection rate on me without me fact checking you asap =P That said, as I noted in my edit, this is not good news. We have three recognized in the west by the standard of beyond reasonable doubt and all of a sudden Iran says 14% can be reinfected out of the blue.
