I quit with an ecig after everything from patches to gum to lozenges for years. The ecig allows you to continue the physical habit part and you can step down the nicotine. I’m fact, I even cut the different nicotene strengths with 0 nicotene so I was very gradually coming down.

When I was at zero nicotene I just gradually vaped less and the physical addiction was pretty easy to stop.

Going about as well as old people fuck. Lots of moaning and bitching and not getting a whole lot accomplished. 1st day slept a lot. 2nd day climbing the walls, pacing the floor, looking for something to snack on. Don't have snacks in the house so I made a 4 layer triple chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache/mousse filling between the layers, with a chocolate butter cream frosting,with a chocolate mirror glaze on top. Only saving grace was it was so damn rich you could only eat a small sliver of it. 3rd day just as bad, my morning coffee is like masturbation without the pay off. It's still good but sorely lacking. Broke down at the end of third day and bought a pack. Stayed irritable and in a foul mood all day long. Also why I didn't post much couldn't just sit and read and post.
Going to get some patches and have at it again. Probably get as big as an elephant!

It isn’t just another influenza or rhinovirus. Y’all be reading into the CDC’s change and you are the ones that don’t even trust the government.

I only care that folks don’t let their guards down. The damage is already done .... even if the virus went away tomorrow, there are enough infected that the lingering issues are still going to present problems for society.

However, we know the virus isn’t going away. And you still can’t differentiate between just a discussion with prudent measures, hyperbole for the frustrating moments of the stoopid, and fear mongering.

It trips me out that you think that I am a demon and evil. Like in a, I am very sorry for your soul. Because if you really studied, you would know that no evil would be allowed into your life.... but mmmmm, here I am.....
