so 15 acres per person. but that is not all arable land to grow food with.nor any left for firewood. you also should figure the land that should not b used due to diasters like hurricanes,fores fires,etc.
a person needs bout a quarter acre of food each year,not counting meat.

this thread might not b the place for the debate but i didn't start it. let's assume,i don't want to look it all up, that half the land is really safe and can grow food and each person eeds 5 acres each with meat- earth can handle 12 billiion ppl,each with 5 acres useable land in non-disaster areas. lot higher than i expected ,lots higher than the Georgia Guidestones.

I had two kids, a 2nd and 4th grader, last year that were illiterate. Not even barely semi-literate. I honestly fear for them now. Their parents are such abysmal pieces of shit anyway, I cant imagine being at home is going to do anything but turn them feral. They were good, sweet boys too.

good luck with that. NY and PA did open some businesses up. we did it too fast from 1 phase to the other,without knowing what would happen. as such some had to b shut back down. we did find an equalibrium where we get cases but they are in low #'s so the hospitals can handle them. this # is helped by tweaking how the # is reported each day. very very seldom do they report the true # that are in isolation.

the low #'s look good on paper and the economy crawls along. everything looks fine. but if that # is u then it sure ain't goina b a happy #.

this "research" that is still being done to understand the virus is why i think the inital pause should have been 1 year. these ppl think they have it figured out but each time they see the virus is acting different and that isn't taking into account the virus changes faster than these so-called smart scientists can think.

now let's use logic on this 2 wk period. if everyone followed the rules consistantly< this is how science works constant variables that do not change are put into equations>, then in the 2 wks the children should have infected the parents. so way way back in the beginning, any sick kid should have been found. now it has been months since school was shut down. no kid should b getting sick and running around assymptomatic. assuming they followed the rules and the rules work 100%.

as such no kid now should b arriving to school infected. all those children had more than enuf time to infect mom and dad. see how many holes there are in that "research" already? equation takes constant factors that do change and then runs if and then scenarios.

And yes, I feel impending doom and a need to rush as well.

Folks don’t invest in their kids because they don’t think it’s their job or they don’t see instant results so there is nothing to be done.

The greatest tool that a parent can’t give to their kid is not being reliant on instant feelings of wow. Yes, compliments. But not a freaking right now physical something. Arable land here is considered prime and easy to farm soil. Keep in mind that if you have enough power you can use hydroponics, with even more power you can desalinate water to further increase production.

Livestock does not need arable land if you can cultivate their food elsewhere and get it to them.

Except that historically, our ability to produce X amount of food per acre has increased along with our global population.

They might need to work on that mental aspect.

again, research takes time and guessing wrong several times to understand and get things right. a pause of 1 year would have helped more. we are still testing to find where the virus is not testing to stop it from spreading. 6 mths has passed yet we are still chasing the virus. we should b in front of it slowing down the spread and gaining control over it.

but we took several months to learn what was or should have been common knowledge. u quarantine everyone in the house,not just the infected person. then test any contacts that person had. hence i think the CDC was not just incompetant but deliberately spread the virus.

oops. 1 piece of the grid is failing and it is not winter yet. the grid is not just electricity. it is water,sewage,electricity,gas,and city services. 2 services are showing signs of failing now- cops,by design more than the virus, and garbage.
