That's partly why I asked earlier. If I'm seeing it, what about all the hoaxer's? It's no wonder people have a hard time with the virus. To make things even more interesting, I'm having the WORST allergy season this year and I'm positive it's allergies. I keep waiting for someone to report me for coughing in the morning and later, when it's time to take antihistamines again. It's a big reason I stay home. All the extra cleaning supplies trigger an asthma mini attack through the mask.

It is not affected by heat as long as it is properly packaged. Mylar bags of sugar in a steel trash can or drum with a tight fitting lid would be rodent and bug proof.

It can even be stored in a hot garage or barn. Keep mine in the barn in a steel drum.

i don't think u are wrong. many of the symptons mirror strokes. my GF had a stoke many years before i met her.still has effects from that.

acceptable risk- the level that each can function in society and feel safe. this will differ for each person and depend on your circumstance and the # of cases near u.

think we will need several symtpons to think we have the virus. taste and smell are 2 big 1's.do we want to know? unless we need a hospital and are very sick,i doubt it.

hard part with the acceptable risk is long term. for nopw i think most of us have found our groove to live with. but as u see the symptons from many illnesses can look like covid. what happens after SHTF?

ppl show up and we try to rebuild society thou on a smaler scale. how will we know who is infected and who has a different illness? i can see us isolating newcomers for a month. if they don't get sick or infect others in their group, we can assume they are covid free.

when someone in your community gets sick with anything,do we isolate them or the whole town for the month?

your questions aren't silly at all. sometimes us with just HS diplomas have more skills and minds than those in college. we all walked different roads to get where we are and saw the world different. hence we each have knowledge and wisdom that isn't the same.

have learned that children,with small minds,can see things simpler and faster than ppl who stop to think.

Here's the problem in my town. Yes, we are a resort town. Things are shutting down early because of lack of business or lack of help. We decided, before it opened, NOT to use our season passes to Cedar Point. Thankfully, we have a little hope. They will honor them next year, too. We'll revisit the decision later.

Traffic has been down to almost winter level until this weekend. It jumped to CP level! And that's where they were going.

All of those people don't stay for long. We've known CP has had a problem of positive CV workers the whole time. Grandparent intel, they don't release good numbers, if at all/.

The biggest vectors we've had was the Soldiers and Sailors Home and at least 1 nursing home. They accounted for the majority of my county's cases.

This next statement is the region's biggest problem, imo. I STILL don't personally know a single person that has had it. I really don't. I know people who know someone. That's as close as we've gotten to it. I know how lucky we are.

Again, just my opinion. That's the biggest reason people don't take things seriously.

i think there is a reverve CT at play as well. reverse conspiracy theory- the DEM's know ppl don't believe the MSM any more. so they dumbed down the news giving just biots and pieces of the real truth. then sent shills all over social media to cause chaos and control the thinking. with so much misinformation,ppl have no clue what to believe. they have seen so much BS and, as u said not seen the reality,so they ignore it.

the COG rules went into affect way back in Spring. now it has kept ppl too calm. the feel safe ideas worked and ppl grow tired of wearing masks and hiding from a unseen enemy.


i saw some #'s and DR's thread. for ppl to all of a sudden flip and believe we need lockdowns, it is day and night from what is now. ppl need to go from running around wild like chickens with their heads cut off to hiding under their bed in full panic. now imagine that change happening in just a month's time. scarey
