Problem with this is, how do we know that everyone who was infected got the virus from the studio and not somewhere else? And how many of the infected are asymptomatic?

They really do, actually. They have an extremely efficient system that may cut corners in places, but the resources they have available (manufacturing and manpower, especially) are vast. In this case, I'm guessing they've either shipped in thousands of qualified testers from other cities, or are providing mass training on how to do it. China's not what many people in the west think it is.

Meanwhile, in Birmingham (the original one, UK)... used tests are handed out to students, some of whom claim to have used them because it wasn't obvious they'd been used.

in cruise ship news, all 4 Disney Cruise ships are in Brest, France for refurbishment and updates. From what I have been reading, the Fantasy had this scheduled prior to pandemic. The others are there to use the time while waiting out the pandemic. The four ships were rotating out of Cape Canaveral and Castaway Cay in the summer: two docked, two at sea between Florida and the Bahamas.

I don't know how long they will be there. The Magic is clearly in dry dock from one of the pictures.
