2) This thing is mutating, rapidly and easily, making an effective vaccine much more difficult.

3) The shortest time in history for a safe and effective vaccine has been 4 years (mumps). What makes you think that they are going to accomplish one in 10 months? To do it this quickly, corners have clearly been cut. I question both the safety and effectiveness of this effort.

4) If, after all these years, they have not managed to get a universally effective flu vaccine (every year, they try to guess the strain and never get it right), what makes you think they will manage it for COVID?

I also got confused (and happy) yesterday on the positive vaccine news but if we split it out, one is based on commercial prospective and hope without much information, i.e. how long can the vaccine last? 1 month, 3 months, 1 year? Need to inject every other months? Am I really 100 percent protected? Is the vaccine harmful etc?

The other is based on multiple different scientific evidences sources which presented all the negative research and facts, on that the antibodies can only last for a maximum of just 3 months and supporting proof on short reinfection (or re-activation?) period between each infections, which one do I trust?

Majority of human will believe in commercial and propaganda and ignore the scientific facts until their hopes are broken again.

Seeing how dangerous this virus is, I will stick to scientific facts and continue my own protection.

I still remember the campaign of "healthy no need wear mask" by Singapore government, and how it ended with a lockdown and a costly US$70.4 billion emergency supports spending.

5) Vaccine claims right now are about receiving government funding and manipulating pharmaceutical stock prices. Did you see what happened to Pfizer stock after their announcement? Now keep an eye on that vaccine process. I'll bet my next paycheck that it hits difficulties within 90 days. But in the meantime, stockholders can rake in the money.

When that was happening, I was screaming for one of the billionaires to get a truck fleet together to deliver all that food to folks that lost their jobs........Here in NYS, we eventually started doing that. My county has something like 900 farms. So they took milk and veggies down to the City to keep people fed during shutdown. I think it stopped a lot of crime and rioting (even though they rioted over other things)
