The diabetes alone is a huge issue.... here they only address the severe cases, but it is popping up later in non-severe survivors

How convenient that you overlooked the role the Federal Government can play with emergency orders to activate infrastructure to help with distribution. The federal alone has more ability to organize national resources.than at the state level.

Only the B117 is showing a good response.
P1 and P2 show a ~10x lower comparable neutralization, which is not good.
At an assumed 90% efficiancy for the B117, then you have less than 10% efficiancy for P1/P2.
The SA/B1351's are far beyond and in a +99% escape-mode.
